Bio

Darkest Wonder is the solo exploration of Texas - based guitarist and multi instrumentalist Barry Walker.

A lifelong blues musician, Walker has a B.S. and an M.S. in Environmental Studies, and has worked as a Wilderness Ranger in the western United States.  These threads weave through his music.

Utilizing numerous techniques, instruments, loops and devices, Darkest Wonder seeks to explore the interchange of beauty, harmony, grief and loss, dissonance, and metamorphosis, and to inquire about the human experience. ​
