BOSS OF THE WEEK: JIMMY JOHNSON

Boss of the Week is a new series where we’ll be highlighting amazing artists every Friday that work with Who’z the Boss and ultimately make the library great.

The perfect debut Boss is the cool, cool Jimmy Johnson. At 91 years young, Jimmy Johnson is a pillar of the Chicago Blues community and has played with several blues legends such as B.B King, Albert King, Buddy Guy, Freddie King, Otis Rush and Magic Sam, so it's safe to say that he is a big deal. Johnson hails from Holly Springs Mississippi and has played professionally since 1959. Johnson serves as an inspiration to all of us as he started playing guitar at 28, and it only goes to show you that learning an instrument and becoming successful has no age limit as long as you work hard and have a passion for it. We are honored be able to represent Mr. Jimmy Johnson's music he crested for film and TV here at Who'z The Boss Music Library.
